Our Brewing Process

Brewing Is The Combination of Time, Ingredients, & Attention To Detail.
We Take The Necessary Time and Use The Finest Ingredients When Brewing!

There are many factors and variables that go into making a beer. There are numerous types of barley malt, other grains such as wheat, rye, and oats, dozens of hop varieties, many different yeast strains, and various levels of water mineral content. Process parameters, especially time and temperature, also have a profound affect in the resultant beer. Understanding how all these things relate and tie to together is key to making a well-crafted beer with the desired character. Doing this effectively takes knowledge, experience, patience, and attention to detail.

OUR BREWERY

Our brewery is a 7 bbl. (just over 200 gal.) batch system with two 14 bbl. Fermenters and two 7 bbl. Fermenters. We also have eight serving tanks which are located in our basement cold room. It is from these serving tanks that the beer is dispensed at the bar.
